Donations made through idvika.in are generally considered final and non-refundable. We appreciate your support and commitment to our cause. However, in cases where a transaction error or duplicate payment occurs, you may be eligible to request a refund or cancellation as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds or cancellations will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If a donation is processed due to a technical glitch or system error.
  • Duplicate Transactions: In cases where the same donation is inadvertently processed more than once.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If a donation was made without proper authorization.

Please note: Donations made voluntarily, or due to a change of mind, are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

3. Procedure for Refund or Cancellation Requests

  • Submit your refund or cancellation request within 7 days from the date of the transaction.
  • Email your request to support@idvika.in with the subject line “Refund/Cancellation Request.”

Provide Necessary Details:

Include the following information in your request:

  • Transaction reference number
  • Date and time of the transaction
  • Amount donated
  • A brief explanation of the issue (e.g., duplicate payment, technical error)

Review Process:

  • Our team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours.
  • We will review your case on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for a refund or cancellation.

Refund Processing:

  • If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exceptions

  • Finality of Donations:
    Voluntary donations, once processed, cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • Delayed Requests:
    Refund or cancellation requests received after the 7-day window may not be considered.

While we strive to ensure accurate and secure processing of all transactions, refunds and cancellations are subject to approval at our sole discretion.
