Idvika Foundation concluded that a process of development should contain three main elements

Idvika Foundation works closely with the public and private sector units to create inclusive and sustainable livelihoods for individuals, families, and communities with a long-term goal of equalizing the informal and formal sectors to provide equitable opportunities for all citizens. Development has to do with the above three elaments. Idvika Foundation provides following services to rural people
Rural Health
Rural areas often lack in sufficient numbers of health care proffessionals, adequate number of hospitals and medical clinics.
Idvika Foundation is setting up health care centers, clinics and hospitals.
Rural Schools and Education
Idvika Foundation is in the process of setting up schools, colleges for promotion of job centric education program and opening of technical and medical colleges with state of art technology.
Idvika foundation is conducting various teacher training programs to upgrade and equip them with new teaching standards and use of technology in imparting education.We are conducting motivational programs for existing teachers to contribute in the development of rural population. Idvika foundation is setting up schools, colleges to match up with industry standards.We are in the process of setting up institutions for job oriented and capacity building courses. Our objective is to improve the living standards of rural dwellers.
Rural Availability of Basic Needs
Agriculture plays important role in life, but the problems relate to the physical environment of a particular rural area,e.g., lack of water,poor infrastucture etc. Therefore the farmer can not fulfill thier basic needs. For this reason,
Idvika Foundation is to setting up programs to provide them adequate knowledge of using technology and techniques to protect agricultural products. Along with that Idvika foundation facilitates them with required amenities and needed infrastucture.
Rural Poverty Alleviation
Due to lack of knowledge, regarding various industries, required skill sets and standards being followed, our rural people are not able to explore various available opportunities where their skill sets may be utilized. The lack of knowledge and understanding of market dynamics and available options, rural population is unable to cope up with the market and unable to encash available opportunities.
Idvika Foundation is striving to aquaint them of industry standards and market dynamics. We are conducting workshops for villagers to improve their skill sets which in turn enables them to compete with the required standards of industry. We are into conducting programs to make them use cutting edge technology to elevate their living standards.
